ROBERT FROSTTHE ROAD NOT TAKEN
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,And sorry I could not travel bothAnd be one traveler, long I stoodAnd looked down one as far as I couldTo where it bent in the undergrowth; Then took the other, as just as fair,And having perhaps the better claim,Because it was grassy and wanted wear;Though as for that the passing thereHad worn them really about the same,And both that morning equally layIn leaves no step had trodden black.Oh, I kept the first for another day!Yet knowing how way leads on to way,I doubted if I should ever come back.I shall be telling this with a sighSomewhere ages and ages hence:Two roads diverged in a wood, and I-I took the one less traveled by,And that has made all the difference.
i really fond of this poem...
it really refLect me a Lot in many circumstances in my Life...
i think it do reflect everyone in their life too..
from the small matter to the matter-of-life decision i hav 2 make...
even the path that i took now is not the path that i had chosen myseLf...
my future had been decided by
him...
it is far from my imagination...
for me whatever
he decided is the best way and for my own good...
without
him....
i am no one...
i will never go anywhere...
i will never be what i am today...
once i took this path,i told myself...
aLthough
he has chosen this path for me,the end decision was still in my hand...
but stiLL..
i'm not regretted that i had chosen this path...
although it is not really the path that i wanted 2 traveL earLier...
but now im starting to expLore more and Liking the Life that i have now...
it is all thank to
him...
because i know...
he had chosen the best path for me for the rest of my Life...
but then..i wish i couLd traveL the other path that i wanted to...
maybe my Life wouLd be so much different from now...
how fortunate i am if i can...
but stiLL we had to make decision in Life...
there is aLways something that we must sacrifice in other to gain other things...
(this is qouted from Sir Wong-my economy lecturer)
and so, i dedicate this entry to
him...
i miss hearing
him said "assaLamuaLaikum" whenever he caLLed me...
missing
him to scoLd me if i careLess in my study...
missing
him to ask me if i'm okay or not....
missing a Lot of thing bout him...
wishing that
he is here with me...
giving me
his advice whenever i feel down...
but then,
he is far from me...
he had chosen the path that spLit us apart....
stiLL....i miss
him...
thank
you for whatever
you have done to me...
thank
you for choosing the path that i Lurve so much now...
thank
you for helping me to be what i am now...
for aLL that i.thank.
you.
